2020 COVID-19 Re-Opening Guidelines

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.  I know it is a trying time for everyone through unchartered territory.  In accordance with the Tennessee Pledge, I am extremely excited to announce that I will be once again open for training for those that feel comfortable doing so.  I assure you that we will go above and beyond to keep everyone safe while also providing a high quality training environment.  We will abide by the reccomendations set forth by Governor Lee.  Our primary safety measures are included below.


All training must be scheduled in advance.  We have created 4 Tiers of training to accomodate from individual training to small groups up to 9.  No matter the size of the group, each athlete will perform groupings of exercises at individual stations with their own equipment.  If athletes need to switch stations within the workout, all equipment will be sanitized before switching.  No sharing of equipment will be allowed without prior sanitization.  Social distancing of 6 feet will be required between participants.  Here are our 4 Tiers for May.


May Strength Training Tiers (Weight Room):
50 Minute Sessions
1. One on One Individual Training: $75
2. 2-3 Athlete Small Groups: $40 Each
3. 4-6 Athlete Small Groups: $30 Each
4. 7-9 Athlete Small Groups: $25 Each
Max Group Size: 9 Athletes


May Speed and Agility Training Also Available (Outside Park):

55 Minute Sessions
1. One on One Individual Training: $75

COVID-19 Exercise Facility Safety Guidelines
1. Pre Workout Athlete Health Screening
-All athletes must answer the following questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms before participating
--Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
-- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
--Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?


2. Hand Sanitizing Stations Required
- All athletes must sanitize their hands when entering the facility and before leaving.


3. Individual Workout Stations and Equipment
- Each workout will be designed for individualized use only and will not allow for the sharing of equipment without sanitization.  All equipment must be wiped down after individual use.


Limited Group Training Size with a maximum of 9 athletes.
